So avoid harsh diets and gradually reduce the amount of food you eat till you reach the recommended daily allowance for your age and height. Never skip meals. Our warrior bodies read it as a danger sign making it less possible to lose weight. Instead eat at least 5 small meals a day. There are many recipes for simple tasty weight loss meals some include fat burners or binders to quicken the loss.

Exercises for Weight Loss
